WINRAR

I've had some complaints about people that can't open their downloaded file because they don't have the correct program to open the file. Usually its because of the file with the extension ".rar" which can't be opened by WINZIP. So in here you guys can download the program WINRAR.

WINRAR can open ".zip" files too.
